Great article. It takes a vulnerable leader to honestly appraise their strategy, admit based on analysis that it's not working as expected, and make adjustments. As we used to say in the Army, where I spent 33 years, no plan survives first contact with the enemy. History is replete with leaders who failed to adjust, who were steadfastly committed to their strategy because, well, it was theirs, most times leading to disaster. Vulnerable leadership is the key.
